Flyer Distribution with Eye On Me

Sentosa organises a Siloso beach party event every 31st of December to celebrate the count down to the new year. For 2016, they engaged us to distribute flyers and create eye-on-me signages to promote their countdown 2017 beach party over a period of several days.

After the initial discussion with Sentosa’s representative on what they would like to have for their flyer campaign, we proposed several distribution methods as well as strategic locations on where our distributors should be. During the campaign period, we stationed our party-cladded distributors with eye-on-me signages and flyers to promote the count down party. Customer who were keen were also encouraged to buy the tickets immediately to take advantage of the “Buy 3 tickets for the price of 2!” offer during the campaign period. A booth was also set up with lucky draw chances to create engagement with the street crowd and thus, drawing in more ticket sales. A total of 4 young, male distributors were engaged but there was a request from Sentosa for an additional female distributor and we managed to source and hired one urgently to meet our client’s needs and wants.

Overall, we planned and executed the entire campaign with ease and efficiency and was able to satisfy our valued client. This campaign also managed to increased their ticketing sales and awareness of their 2017 countdown party, making it a huge success!
